I found the staff helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags both before check-in and after check-out (it really helped). The cleanliness was perfect. The pool, jacuzzi, and pool table added an extra touch of enjoyment .

The crew was very friendly upon our arrival. They showed great flexibility during our entire stay. They always checked the facilities several times a day. This kept everything clean.

The accommodation has two kitchens with necessary facilities. One is on the second floor. The other is located in the courtyard near the pool. You will find plates and mugs from IKEA there.

A Pingo Doce supermarket is merely a minute away. The municipal market is also just around the corner. I found it a convenient location. The city center is only a short walk.

the room was clean with boho style furniture. the room had an air conditioner to keep it warm. it is located a 15 minute walk from the city centre.

the air con controls were not working. i was unable to use the air con to heat the room. i could not switch off the air con unit's light and cold air was coming through constantly.

I found some issues that impacted my stay. the lack of soundproofing was very noticeable with noise easily traveling between rooms. the promised wifi was unreliable. It often dropped and made working difficult. i also noticed the communal kitchen lacked basic utensils, so preparing meals was a challenge.
